Refund policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. We want you to love your morning ritual. If you're not happy with your Veya Mushroom Coffee for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product price — even if the pouch is opened.

How to start a return or refund: Email hello@veyasuperfoods.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. You do not need to ship an opened pouch back to us.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, include a photo and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect.

The guarantee covers one pouch per customer on a first order; bulk or wholesale orders are handled case by case.
